Caley Chase (she/her) directs theatre and live performance. Her work is always collaborative and driven by rigorous physicality, relentless absurdity, and a deep desire to feel alive together.
She has directed, developed and assisted work at the Huntington Theatre Company, American Repertory Theatre, Trinity Rep, Shakespeare & Company, The VORTEX, Mercury Store, Breaking & Entering Theater, Actors’ Shakespeare Project, Harvard Playwrights’ Festival, among others. Caley also works in creative producing and dramaturgy, and she was formerly Artistic Associate at the Huntington Theatre Company in Boston. She has taught directing and playwriting at the Powerhouse Theater Training Program at Vassar College and The University of Texas at Austin.
